This ABI Montrose 37ft long x 12ft extra wide luxury holiday home provides excellent holiday accommodation.

 

Sleeping 8 in three bedrooms ( one double, two twin ) and a folding double bed in the lounge area.

 

This caravan is equipped to the highest of standards and has a fully equipped kitchen complete with gas oven/hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and fridge with an icebox.

 

The lounge area accommodates a remote controlled TV/DVD with Freeview and CD/radio/cassette player.

 

A Travel Cot is available at no extra cost and a hair dryer is provided for your convenience.

 

Duvets and pillows are provided complete with duvet covers, pillow cases & sheets,

guests will need to bring your own towels and tea towels.

 

The caravan is situated within walking distance of the children's play area, swimming pool, club and shopping facilities.

 

This caravan also has the added luxury of heating to two of the bedrooms.
