This 2008 Willerby Vacation 35ft x 12ft, 8 berth, 3 bedroom luxury caravan has a large balcony to the side of the caravan, it has no steps up to it, the only access is from the lounge area, (very child friendly), it is situated at the end of a row with no caravans in front, it is also double glazed.

Bedrooms are one double and two twins with a pull out double in the lounge area, all bedding and linen is included and we can supply a cot side or a travel cot at no extra cost.

All cleaning before you arrive is done by the owners to ensure everything is okay, and we make up all the beds.

The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, microwave, full size cooker & all pots, pans and crockery you will need.

The lounge area is spacious and has a 26inch television with built in freeview and a DVD player, we leave a selection of DVD's for you , also a DVB radio ,we also include a selection of games and toys for the children, leading of from the lounge is the balcony where we have a table and chairs and loungers for your use.

The bathroom is separate from the toilet and has a full sized shower in it.

The caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher and meets all health and safety guidelines.
